Jaki Becker
Director
Jaki is a serial overperformer with vast experience and an impressive international network of contacts in Online Gaming space, where she has been operating over the last 15 years since starting out setting up an online Bingo operation for a Gaming VC (GVC) backed project in 2007. Since then, she has worked with a number of online gaming companies both in Latin America and Europe where she was more recently country manager of Spain for Betway until 2015 when she decided to focus on being a full time intermediary of payment services to the gaming sector. Jaki speaks native English and native Spanish as well as fluent French.

Mark Bell
Share Holder
Mark has been in online payments for over 25 years, and during this time has accrued a wealth of experience in Card Acquiring, Payment Processing, Fraud and Risk Management, Banking Aggregation & Cash Management, Crypto Currencies and and FX Services. He has worked with a number of successful business models including Thomas Cook CFX/Travelex, GBG plc, Envoy Services/WorldPay, Secure Trading, emerchantPay and more recently with Freemarket FX where he joined as Chief Commercial Officer in 2019. After delivering a quantum leap in revenue, Mark decided work remotely from Spain and start acting as an intermediary– retaining Freemarket as a client of MWB until 2023.

Martin Kaufman
Sales Manager
Martin is a seasoned business founder, managing director, and executive chairman with a wealth of experience in building and leading successful companies. Throughout his career, Martin has taken on various roles, including serving as a non-executive director and playing a key role in mergers and acquisitions, where he successfully led the sale of his business. Now in semi-retirement, Martin is excited by new projects and keeps busy by exploring ventures that align with his keen interest in the workings of money. Outside of his professional life, Martin is a dedicated husband and father who enjoys cooking and traveling. He embraces every opportunity to explore new cultures and cuisines, reflecting his passion for continuous learning and adventure.

Jack Hill
Business Development
Jack has got 8 years experience in the iGaming industry and is a bonafide connector. Having started his career at Clarion Gaming, he has since developed valuable insights into the sector and built a wide network of contacts. Most recently, Jack was Sales Manager at CallsU, a player acquisition and reactivation platform, where he developed effective strategies that significantly enhanced client engagement and revenue. Jack has also been known to exercise an entrepreneurial streak, helping a number of start ups foster new strategic partnerships and drive growth in the market. With expertise in both B2B and B2C environments, Jack is dedicated to delivering exceptional ROI and is passionate about the future of iGaming. Jack relishes meeting the great and the good at industry events, always bringing his A-game and infectious enthusiasm to every potential project.

Sharon Whittaker
Chief Operating Officer
Sharon is a seasoned FinTech executive with over three decades of experience driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and client success. As Chief Operating Officer at Mitchell Winter Bell S.L., Sharon brings a wealth of expertise in optimising processes, leading high-performing teams, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance business efficiency. Throughout her career, Sharon has held senior leadership roles across global financial institutions and FinTech firms. Her ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies has resulted in measurable business improvements, such as increasing revenue by 779% and reducing time to revenue realisation by 21%. Outside of her professional endeavours, Sharon is a former World Irish Dancing Champion, a black belt in Wado-Ryu, a licensed Zumba instructor, and an accomplished marathon runner.
